In collaboration with the Florida Hospital Diabetes Institute (FHDI), the endocrinologists at Florida Diabetes & Endocrine Center provide ongoing education about prevention and health and wellness for a wide variety of metabolic conditions. At FHDI, comprehensive education, medical treatment and support is available – from support groups and individual counseling, to insulin pump training and weight management. The Diabetes Education Program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.  The program meets the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management, which ensures that it provides only the most up-to-date, tested information regarding diabetes.
